Create and configuration your own DNS

How about with old android version?
no have facility use private DNS?

I will tell you step by step manual configuration your own dns?
Own add filter or remove filter

Step - 1
Go to google play, find apps name: personal DNS filter

after you install, step by step I will tell you, the way configuration

because the original apps still not help you maximun speed your connection

Step - 2

After you install, this is still not make your connection maximun fast. because the standar konfiguration from dot.libredns.gr still not maximun, we must add some blocking or faster our connection.

This already make your connection fast and maximun. how to configuration? ok, I explain for you.
I explain you, no problem our local DNS:
[192.168.100.1]:53:UDP or
[1.0.0.1]:53:UDP

Because every different mobile, they have different routering DNS host also.

Step - 3

open the Advanced settings

only: 

1. CNAME cloaking protection (aggresive) and 

2. Allow only local DNS proxy requests 

we made active

Choose All categories

Check marks: 

1. OISD ads & tracker 

2. Goodbye Ads 

3. NoTracking

go to Google, find: adblock dns list

After Multi ULTIMATE - Aggressive protection open, find the link for personal DNS filter use

Step - 9 Copy the link address https://github.com/hagezi/dns-blocklists#ultimate

Step - 10 back to personalDNSfilter apps, choose new, and add the link, which we already copy

Step - 11

The Configure filter update will like this, when we see at All active filters

Close Configure filter update, and open Edit configuration file

Change:

1. TTL for locally produced DNS Respond from 60 to 40
local Resolver = 40

2. DNS request timeout in miliseconds from 15000 to 1500
dnsRequestTimeout = 1500

3. the size of the cache for filter hosts from 1000 to 2000
filterHostsCacheSize = 2000

4. the size of the cache for allowed hosts from 1000 to 2000
allowedHostsCacheSize = 2000

Step - 13 the apps message need we restart our personalDNSfilter, so we restart it for maximal working
